AIPCECO (Aftab Imen Parto Consulting Engineering) is an Iranian process-safety and risk-management consultancy based in Tehran, founded in 2008 by safety-engineering and risk-management specialists with roots at Sharif University of Technology. Its services centre on process hazard analysis — HAZOP and HAZID studies, SIL assessment and quantitative risk assessment (QRA) — with dedicated process-safety engineers acting as HAZOP and SIL facilitators and scribes, serving oil, gas, petrochemical and, more recently, steel and packaging clients.
